Efficient, convenient, clean and right outside Exit 10 at Seoul Station
The hotel is very close to the Seoul Station, just a few steps from Exit 10. It is well-run and efficient, clean, convenient and serves my purpose of being close to a station. The room is very small but my purposes was a clean, safe and convenient space to sleep and rest and it is a perfect fit for me.
As is the case in all hotels in Korea, the mattress tend to be hard but I have no trouble sleeping on my sides. My room is right next to the reception so I heard some comings and goings but it's all quiet when I went to sleep.

The stay is excellent for solo travellers and it is conveniently close to the public transport.
- close to the public transport - clean room - necessary amenities provided (e.g. towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, extra toilet paper, water bottle) - the staff is respectful if your privacy so they will not clean your room unless you ask. You can also request more water and clean towels if you require. - personal room WiFi - friendly and helpful staff
The walls of the room is thin so you can hear the room next to you.

Very Good
Nice place. Perfect location - almost all interesting places in the city center can be reached on foot. And the metro and the railway station are a few minutes' walk. The staff sent me detailed instructions on how to find the hotel, that was really helpful. They are very pleasant people. Very comfortable bed. Non-smoking rooms. Since they provide single rooms, there is no voice noise, it is quiet.
The soundproofing is not very good - you can hear the sound of water in the pipes when someone takes a shower or flushes the toilet. If you open the window for ventilation, the noise from outside interferes, perhaps from some powerful air conditioners nearby.
